Determining future direction

From the data generated for and throughout the process, and by exploring a program's delivery, it becomes apparent that issues exist beyond the scope of the current improvement plan.

 

Present these, along with successes, to the governing body and school community, with a plan to address them in the future.

Use the four sources of data to indicate success and need.

  1. Student achievement: Results against standards

  2. Perception: Surveys of parents, staff & students

  3. Systems & procedures: Student attendance rates; staff sick leave

  4. Demography: Services, expertise and education aspirations of families
